The MCA who assulted an innocent member of public is the immediate former Town Council chairman of Kikuyu Town Council and everyone knows how he fleeced that council to its knee. That is the only reason he licks Kabogos ass to give him protection from the looting they did of former council assets and cash. I wonder what makes you think you unreachable! We have seen PSs and former Ministers like Kimunya & Bitange Ndemo stand in a court of law to answer to corruption charges.
