You can learn a whole lot about people from the way they argue /handle opposition. Do they get offended? Do they enforce their opinions on you? Do they close their ears and refuse to listen? Or do they ask questions and let you explain yourself instead of assuming? Or perhaps they approach things and bring it down logically to extract the truth from both sides. You can learn a lot about people from rocking the boat a bit. Some people respond with anger and fear while other people show how good of a character they have. Try arguing with your friends and see who sticks around.
