You can use this Apolitical link to track any person in Congress. Here I tracked Ted Cruz. The red arrow toward the bottom shows where he is regarding his Ideology score. Not that ONLY 5 Republicans are further to the Left than he is! He can talk all day but he cannot change his record. As I and many others have said here and as many political talking heads have written and said .. Ted Cruz is NOT a Far Right Conservative .. he leans more to the Libertarian side .. as does Paul. Where does he get off calling anyone a RINO and why does he not declare his true ideology? We know the answer to that .. Libertarians do not do well in U.S. politics. Many of those posing as Far Right are same. Everything is relative and that especially holds true for defining Liberalism and Libertarianism among Republicans .. few members of the GOP House have a record more to the Left (actually Libertarian) than Cruz.
