You cant always judge how good a shop,company,store is or anything really, while things are going right. The test come when something goes wrong, which at some point it will. For me the test is how that company deals with the problem. The company in this instance is Strength Shop UK. They have always been quick in dealing with an order and with responding to any questions, no matter how trivial. They have always done their best. Anyway the true test came today. I bought an item from them last Sunday, it was delivered Tuesday, fantastic. We got to use it for the first time on Sunday and it broke, bummer. Anyway e-mailed them this morning not really knowing what to expect, would be a series of e-mails and delays? No way, with in 5 mins of my e-mail to them an e-mail back saying sorry and excepting responsibility, and a full refund for the item and postage back in my account straight away. FAN BLOODY TASTIC, that is how you keep customers no matter how big or small. Thanks Strength Shop. Highly recommend them.
