You cant cleanse yourself from love. Once its washed over you its already buried itself beneath your skin. It slowly seeps into every inch of you, staining you with its power. You will never be able to wash it away. You can scrub yourself with different experiences...but nothing will work. Love stays with you. You cant buy it or sell it. It sits in your heart without compromise. You cant control its voice that tells you to run into a fire regardless of logic. You cant change the way it sears you. It tears open your chest and expects you to keep breathing. Love holds no distance, no guideline, no judgment. Love shows you a compass when youve fallen down and lost your way. It lends a hand and guides you back up again. Its a voice in the dark, and the warmth in the day. Love is the forgiveness when youre suffocated by regret. Love is kind, always. Dont run away from love, run with it. Let your heart be free. Let it bring to you everything you feel is missing. Recognizing love is the most important way to welcome love with open arms.
