You cant solve todays Problems with the same Mindset and Strategy that Created the Problem in the first place. What does our Educational Structure program us to become? Employees or Employers? With the increasing rate of unemployment, what does the country most, more employees or more employers?? Until, our educational system is upgraded to an experiential learning structure rather than downloading of inapplicable theories into students that most of them never get to use after graduation, the unemployment situation will continue to worsen. A lot of us spend 4, 5, and even 7 years in school, graduate and start a Job that has nothing to do with what we spent years learning in school, isnt that insane??? If there are no Jobs being offered that relates to what you studied in school, create a need for it. Dont throw away 5 years of sleepless nights, tests, exams, carryovers, ASUU strikes! Check out the statistics below, even if the 4500 jobs are given, what happens to the remaining 518,152. Youve got good Ideas but havent been able to raise the capital to start, how long are you going to let capital stop you, look for other creative ways to generate the funds you need.
