You could be the most confident person in the world by all outward - TopicsExpress

You could be the most confident person in the world by all outward appearances, but on the inside lack self love and respect. Its painful to watch people go through this as most people would never recognize it in another therefore they wouldnt know the person needs help. Symptoms include constantly being in and out of relationships, a need to always partner with others for fear of not being able to go at it alone, a constant need for the next fix - be it the next business opportunity or the next high, a constant running to new places in search of something that is never found, actions that border lack of integrity. These are all tell tale signs of personal unrest. Its only when we have a deep love and respect for ourselves that we can break these patterns and in turn, love and respect others fully. How do I know, I used to do/be all of these things. Over the years I have spent countless amounts of money and time working on and growing myself to move past my fear of deep inner love. As a coach however, I see these traits so often in women, sometimes even from a far distance. I just want to hug them and say PLEASE, just love on yourself baby. You starving inside for an intimate relationship with YOU. Thats what you are really missing is big, fat juicy love for yourself!!! A love that can only be found in solitude, for its only when we are in solitude that are we able to define ourselves for truly who we are, absent of outside influences. If you know someone like this, have the courage to talk to them. Have the courage to lead them to places or people who you know may be able to help them. Dont let them flounder. We as women must stick together to create a stronger gender and in order to do so we must look out for our sisters. If more people in the world were walking around in deep self love, the hate and depression would dissipate. Who gets this? #selflove
