MUTUAL EXCHANGE INCENTIVE SCHEME SCHEME EXTENDED! £200 In addition to offering any Leeds City Council (LCC) and Housing Association tenant £200 for exchanging with each other, we will also pay £200 to any LCC tenant under occupying their property affected by the Housing Benefit changes in April 2013 who exchanges with another LCC tenant. Leeds City Council tenants who are not under occupying can still exchange with another Leeds City Council tenants but will not qualify for the £200 incentive. Exchanges with tenants outside of Leeds do not qualify under the scheme either. Also to encourage more swaps, when tenants take part in a 3 way mutual exchange, all 3 households will recieve a £200 incentive providing at least one is either a Housing Association tenant or an LCC tenant who is under occupying their property.
