You dont need anyones affection or approval in order to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isnt actually about you. Its about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you dont have to internalize that. Your worth isnt contingent upon other peoples acceptance of you - its something inherent. You exist, and therefore, you matter. Youre allowed to voice your thoughts & feelings. Youre allowed to assert your needs & take up space. Youre allowed to hold onto the truth that who you are is exactly enough. And youre allowed to remove anyone from your life who makes you feel other wise. -Danielle Koepke
