You don’t have to sit around the house all day. Go to YouTube and watch videos from Bilal Philips, Zakir Naik, and others who will help you understand more about Islam. Read the Quran and download some free tafsirs to understand what Allah is telling us in His book. You have complete control over how you spend your time. You’re not in jail. You’re not blind. You’re not insane. I don’t mean to be insensitive but you must stop pitying yourself. Use whatever tools Allah has given you and do something to get yourself moving. And Allah is the source of strength.
