You ever have one of those HUUUUUUGE headaches?? Where your brain is in hyper-drive and it feels like someone is smashing it against a wall or something?? I dont know. Sometimes I have huge questions about my life, or just life in general. And the fact is...sometimes there are no immediate answers for huge questions. We can ask for help, even from a priest or rabbi, and they cant give us the answers. Or maybe they give us answers, and theyre not the answers we want? We want someone else to make sense of our lives sometimes and more often than not, no one else can do that for us. Were on our own with certain things and have to have faith that something is watching over and that things will work themselves out. The worst thing you can do is blame the higher power when things go wrong or dont go your way. Sometimes in life you have to help yourself and pray for the strength to do that, rather than pray that the higher power takes care of all your problems. Im rambling again!!!!! Good thing for Coen Brothers movies :)!! They have a lot of answers in them. Their movies are incredibly profound! If you ever spend good time with me in life be prepared to watch their movies and talk about them with me. One of my favorites is A Serious Man, about a man whose life is unraveling around him and he questions his faith. Check out some clips Im posting below if youre bored, they might be all you need. There is a lot of good music the movie, including Jefferson Airplane. I always liked Somebody to Love because not only is it one of the greatest rock songs ever, but it has a great message...maybe one of the bigger meanings of life?? Im rambling again.
