You feel good in your 85 kg frame for almost 20 years. Lately you are told by your friends that you need to get in shape and look better. You join a gym hoping to get lighter. After a couple of days you check weight and you are found 2 kg plus. You draw your will power and decide to pump in more iron, run more on treadmill, give half an hour to cross trainer and cycling. After 15 days of so many sweating hours you put your feet on the weighing machine expecting substantial weight loss. But you are flabbergasted noticing you have entered 90s for the first time in life. Crestfallen, you discuss with trainer. He says do more cardiac, stop work out on machines and follow his diet chart. Diet chart prepared by him requires you to remain hungry all day. What to do friends??? How can a foody shun food?? If one can get slimmer by not eating why to exercise. But, issue is You dont run away from your targets so easily. Do you??????
