You feeling froggy?!?! then go ahead and leap out there. 1. Stand on medball first, have something to grab onto if you are new to this. If its too hard do it on a BOSU ball (google that if necessary). If its all too tough do a regularly squat with weights. Again- this is for those of is trying to reach to the next level! We cant get to the next level doing the same exercises. 2. Arms above your head with medball-- bring knees to chest, reach them back out and do leg lift with medball crunch, lower legs and repeat. If its too tough take away the medball. Again, these are supposed to be tough! Thats the whole point here, next level!
