You guys did it again! You WORKED me! I did took several of your suggested leg exercises and a couple of my own, and arranged them into 5 super sets. I finished off today’s leg day with a nice slow, but intense 10 minutes on the elliptical, set at level 20 incline and level 15 resistance. LOL….it felt like I was climbing vertical stairs through quick sand. So, my FB friends suggested leg workout included: Video 1 Cable Pullthroughs – 4 sets of 10 Pistol Squats – 4 sets of 12 (my balance is terrible and I had to hold on to the bar) Box jumps with squat and 25lb plate – 4 sets of 10 Hamstring pull – 4 sets of 10 Box step up w/ back lunge – 4 sets of 10 Barbell plie jump squat – 4 sets of 10 Video 2 Single leg deadlift – 4 sets of 10 Hip Thrusts – 4 sets of 10 Ninja jumps – 4 sets of 10 Bench hops – 4 sets of 20/each leg #teamroxstar #hulksquad
