You guys killed me today!!! First off store bought pizza dough, never again as it has wayyy to much gluten, and no rise. Fresh spinach , artichokes( not marinated) I brought back from Jerusalem ,milk fed goat cheese,Ricotta, and yes twist is dip as a base( if you know how and have time use a real Bechamel) also its your choice what cheeses to put( preferably not cheddar nor Swiss ) it would go real well with crispy pancetta, or smoked pork belly, what?? Your hungry..... Mmmmm
