You have to watch this no matter what you think of Ferguson rioters or the Police. While Im very sympathetic to the police there has to be a better way to handle these situations. Summary execution is not the way. If you have a your finger on the trigger and pointing your weapon how long does it take to pull the trigger if you thought your life was in danger? Milliseconds? The police officer could have given Powell those few seconds. I also understand why they couldnt use a Taser. Maybe, they could have observed Powell from their cruiser for a few seconds. There were no civilians in the area to protect.
