You haven’t failed until you have competely given up! I was just driving home from the grocery store and as I was headed up a hill I saw a guy on his bicycle almost at the top. He was so close to reaching the top when he stopped, got off his bike, and walked it off to the side to rest. The trainer in me wanted to push him to get back on the bike and finish the job, HE WAS RIGHT THERE!!! But the human being in me reflected on this moment and thought, how many times have I been so close to reaching a goal, and I talked myself out of finishing what I started because it was just getting too hard? I also reflected on how many tries it may have taken me to finally get to the end goal, but I got there nonetheless. So, just when you think you can’t take anymore, and you really gave it your best effort, remember, you can always get back on and try again. The more you try, the closer you will get to the end each time. Have the courage to try again regardless of how many attempts you have made. You haven’t failed until you have completely given up.
