You is at the point of your life where you feel stuck lost and miserable. You have wounds thats hiding under a band aid instead of allowing God to heal that wound. You see when you cover wounds with band aid eventually that band aid will fall off because the sticky part has worn off/ the band aid is too small for that wound , then the wound is visible again. Now you have to think bout it ,a wound is worse than a small cut or scratch and those are the things you put band aids on, so why waste your time putting a band aid on a wound? In life we find ourselves to trying to cover all our wounds with a temporary fix. So years go by and we have all these patch that we are trying to deal with or hide . We become miserable and unhappy with our liFe and want other people to feel the same hurt you feel so you try your best to bring them down with you. This is a double no no. Let me break this down a little bit, see your wound could be that you was raped/molested everyday as a child More than one failed marriage Lost of a love one you was fatherless/ motherless your Finances was never up to part like you think it should/lost job You always felt like an outsider Or you had both Parent but they never showed you any attention so you felt lonely or not good enough for them etc..... See these can be wounds that you dealing, and my question is will you allow God to doctor on your wounds so he can heal them . Now mind you some wounds need more doctoring on than other, so it will take a little longer to heal but if you completely give it to him i mean completely you will be heal . Now on the other hand if you dont give it to him and you yourself temporaryly TRY to cover your wound IT WILL BE REOPENED AND VISIBLE YOUR PAST WILL HUNT YOUR FUTURE . DONT LET GOD BE YOUR LAST OPTION MAKE HIM YOUR FIRST.
