You issue a pro forma invoice to a company in South Africa owned by a Nigerian.to supply Arms. The company does not have license under South African law to engage in arms deal. The sum of $5.2 million dollars was transferred into the companys account. It is now being claimed that the owner of the company went to his bank to demand the withdrawal of the entire sum in cash. They obliged but reported to the security agencies as it is with such huge withdrawal. When the owner tried to board a private plane to only God know where with the money he was arrested and the money impounded. Now the Nigerian government just needs to feed us with the missing links, instead of politicizing the matter with the picture of Tinubu with S A President Zuma or threatening the South African government.
