You keep thinking that, Mrs. Pelosi. “I do not believe what happened the other night is a wave. There was no wave of approval for the Republicans. I wish them congratulations, they won the election, but there was no wave of approval for anybody. There was an ebbing, an ebb tide, for us.... I think there was so much going on in the world. But the point is it’s not a failure of his message, it was the extent of his success. Let’s say it in a more positive way. This president has accomplished many great things.
