You know, I can still to this day remember what my dads hands looked like. I remember him rubbing Corn Huskers Lotion on them and remember them being so rough and used. This may sound very weird but when we are hiring someone to do work the first thing I do is look at their hands. When we were meeting with Contractors to do work on our house in Florida I knew within seconds of meeting them and shaking their hand if it was even worth their time or mine to continue with the thoughts and ideas of renovations.
