You know, I look back to The Invasion, when we were at brunch , and I declared this was the Return to Excellence, Well.. apparently, I lied to you. For that I apologize. I really thought we were about to turn a corner, but instead ...we sit here at 0-7, The absolute lowest weve ever been and we head into the Horror show of our schedule. Even yesterday , as we were driving , I felt hope..and then that really weird fumble from DMC..that was just a metaphor for how our season is going , even when it looks promising..BAM...something happens to bring us back down to the depths we have sunk into. The only thought that gives me comfort is knowing that , it can not possibly stay this bad forever..I think! However, for an 0-7 team.. We still pack the house at Peter Dillons, And as I have grown fond of saying, The best way to deal with loss is to party like we won.. AND THAT WE DO! I would like to bestow my thanks, appreciation and welcome to all the new faces that we receive each and every week! Proving that we are STILL the GREATEST FANS in the NFL. The Raider family is strong, and despite how bad its getting on the field, our bond just gets stronger. People ask me , how do I continue to support a team that just doesnt win. I tell them there isnt a question, How can I NOT ? The words Raider for Life are not just words. Its a commitment, and right now, our commitment is being tested, But that is what gives us our strength! I promise you, we WILL someday celebrate again! Peter Dillons will host victory parties and we WILL RISE ! To my crew, What can I say.. I do it for you, and Im glad I do it with you! Special thanks to the Mad Photobomber Kim for handling our growing in popularity Twitter feed! We always manage to make our own good times, even when the times are bad. Thanks for weathering the storm with me! Until next time... SHIELDS UP!
