You know I quit smoking 08/25/14. Did you know smoking causes your gums to tighten up? That it can take about 2 months for your gums to relax enough for any hidden problems to show up? I didnt until today. I saw my Hygienist & Dentist for my 4 month cleaning & check-up. They were both so proud of me. My gums are healthier than when I saw them 4 months ago.
