You know. If they had just made a video of the last 30 seconds (tl;dr treat everyone with respect and stop being a goddamn moron), this video wouldve been a lot better (and shorter). Idk. Ive never been scared to reveal my gender online. You know why? Because I see it as irrelevant. I dont pose as a guy online, I just dont flaunt the fact that Im a gamer. My gamer tag isnt totesgamergurllol, because my gender is irrelevant. What matters in a game is my skill and whether or not I can keep up with my teammates. I dont like this video because, as a few women have mentioned before, it makes women look like fragile little snowflakes. Guys get harassed online. You hear about it coming more from women. Someones statistic said 10% of female gamers are harassed compared to 16% of male gamers (Ill look for the statistic). So what if my gender/race isnt represented in a game? Its not a big deal. Im not going to cry over it. Im focused more on the games story and graphics. If they have black girl as an option, great. If they dont, great. Its not automatically a bad game for not having diversity.
