You know, a few years back, I was having a rather deep conversation with God, on the subject of pain. Why does some of us have to endure more pain than others. Why some situations are more painful than other situations. Why did I (specifically) have to go through a lot of various types of pain in my life....then it dawned on me, as God, yet again spoke directly to me, and I learned a couple if things in our talk: 1.) No matter how bad you think you have it, someone else usually can, and will have it worse than you ever will. 2.) None of any pain that Ive ever faced, or endured, will ever be able to compare to the pain that Jesus ever went through, on that day on Calvary...and that, my friend, was a lot of pain...I dont know what its like to have a crown of thorns on my head, a spear jabbed in my side, and severely beaten... I dont know what its like to have nails in my hands and feet, before all of this...I dont know what its like to have a lot of people turn their backs on me like that, or to be ridiculed by a vast number of people, all due to lies and rumors.... 3.) So, really, none of my pain can ever compare to Jesuss pain at all. Ive never died for any person at all. So, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.... Happy Easter, Yall.
