You know, as a true-blue South African, I love blaming apartheid as much as the next person. Like when I cant find parking at a mall in an old white suburb...that can only be apartheids fault...right!? Imagine my surprise then to hear our eloquent, esteemed dancing president blame apartheid for something which...even an apartheid-blaming troll like me knows, that apartheid definitely was not responsible for, ie. the bandwidth/Internet crisis we have in this country.
