You know from growing up in church around granny and papa and just being their granddaughter I know a lot of older people (by Association). Most of them I couldnt tell you their name to save my life. Well earlier I was in town at store and I saw one of these people and he saw me at same time so he walked over. We got to talking about loved ones being gone and He asked how I was and I told him fine but life was different now that both were gone. Well his response to that sounded so familiar. He said something that papa had told me his last week as he was laying across his bed with me at the foot crying. He told me this is how its supposed to be. Well thats a very true statement we all have to die but doesnt make it easier or fun to know. Even though I was about to cry from hearing that I am thankful for the people I know thru my grandparents that I see and thankful to have my papas words spoke to me again today almost two years later (wow where did time go? Seems like yesterday) Those two lived a great life and left behind many memories and stories to last a lifetime. #gonebutNEVERforgotten
