You know how sometimes in life you imagine something will be just the way you hope it is, but in reality it never quite catches up to your dreams? Not so with our sweet little Sapphire, she is everything I had dreamed of and then some! It has only been a week since she stole our hearts but, how did we live with out her... I love to hear the patter of her feet or when she lets loose in pure exuberance and sounds like a stampede, her purr that rumbles through her little body and her sweet tiny call when she needs a hug. Always I find one ear listening for sounds only she makes. She has adopted my rocking chair and my bear, Lou~Lou as her favorite spot in the house and when its not on our laps she takes all of her naps there. And when I am gone from our little home I have found that a part of my heart has been left there on my rocking chair, where her and Lou~Lou await our return, for that is where I have found her each and every time I come through the back door. She is pure love.
