You know, if Im ever the only witness to a murder and give a description of the man I saw do it as He was at least 6 foot 5, bald, with a tattoo of an eyeball with a fish hook in it on his left shoulder, a tattoo saying I see your fear beneath the eyeball, another tattoo of Marilyn Monroe on his right shoulder, missing his two front teeth and wearing a black ball cap, and the police find a guy of exactly that description a few minutes later in a nearby bar and arrest him. I hope like hell there is no one on the jury who will look at the booking photos during jury deliberation and say Hey, that ball cap is not black! Its dark blue! We have to disregard everything Mr Drinnon said because if he got that wrong he must be wrong about everything! I declare this man innocent! There ARE people like that.
