You know it never ceases to amaze me that banks are in the business to rob you with a smile. I had to have my mortgager endorse my claims awards for hail/storm damages. They are requiring a third part inspection on all repairs done. Okay, I can understand that! Thats to protect both parties stake in the property for maximum value, but why do I have to pay them to do it if it is at their discretion? I didnt request it, they did! Smh. I dont know what this world is coming to. I just thank God that I have it to pay.
