You know, some good basic advice here. So many people get caught in the trap of at the beginning thinking all workouts and nutrition is hard because they look at what us in the bodybuilding world tend to do. Understand we are are trying to absolutely maximize our efficiency !! But to just be healthy and lose weight it is not that hard. Just eat well get up and move drink WATER. only thing I would add at the starting level is find out in a day how many calories you need by using a simple online calorie calculator then for a day or two add up your foods and adjust as needed. This all can be as complicated as you want or as easy as you need depending on your goals. But DO NOT get intimidated and quit. That is the only true way to fail !!!! NOW GO GET AT IT !!!!
