You know this truelly saddens me , you work really hard and put you soul into something, you would do everything in your power to sort anything out for your clients and there dogs, then rectify any issues. I ask any client to go on to my account and give a rating of what they thought of the service 1 being total rubbish and 5 for being happy with it all. Now for someone to give a low rating is not a bad thing, its where improvements need done and this helps any business grow, proving that they want to give the best service as possible and value for money for both parties involved. What hurts me and completely baffles me is why can someone rate your service and rate the quality of something they have never tried or in this case met in person. I would sort anything I can to resolve a issues. This review here in the photo is untrue about what we do at dirty Paws Lothian as I have never had the pleasure to meet or even speak with this woman. (See photos) I contacted mrs Hay or Miss Hay to ask her to please explain how she came to award me this rating and to see if there was anything we could do for her, or help here. (As you will see with the photographs), to my sadness mrs Hay didnt respond. I asked to be her friend of her and she accepted, at last I thought this may give me the opportunity to resolve any issues (even thou we have never met or used the service) I messaged the lady again and I see that she read the private message, but again she didnt want to speak. Further to this the lady removed me from her list hence I cant help her with any issues. People work really hard,blood, sweat and tears to accomplish a good honest service to be the general public. I just dont understand why someone would happily do this, as I said I just wanted to rectify any issues we may have caused and again even thou no service or meeting or any sort has happened. Thanks all for your support in helping us develop and grown as a small business. PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY ISSUES OR SUGGESTIONS I WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO HEAR AND TRY TO HELP.
