You know today I was presented with a once in a lifetime situation.. there where 2 Firefighters/ EMTs with their Families trying to enjoy an early lunch when their Emergency Phones went off ( They were soooo loud that you could here it through the whole restaurant). They quickly and calmly said goodbye to their families and left before their meals were served. The situation tugged at my heart! You know they were hungry! Reminds me of when Superman would hear a crime in occurrence and run off to save the victim. This is what Emergency Personnel do all the time! Nurses included. Leaving food and family behind to come to the aid. If it werent for my extra It Works income #1 I wouldnt have been eating out #2 I wouldnt have been able to pay for their lunch.
