You know what? Having come back from yet another destination what really matters is the day to day stuff. Each day allows you the opportunity to make a difference to someone’s life and to live as an honest person with integrity and morality.This is what we have always taught our son and, being honest, when I saw his reference today from his college to potential universities it made me very emotional. He is being asked to apply to the very best of universities in the country and is expected to achieve incredible results in his A levels. But even more important, with his self development through books and CD’s and his travelling of the world, he has developed an awareness of cultures and people themselves and the highest accolade he has been given, in my humble opinion, is his willingness to integrate, help and be aware of his surroundings with a very modest character. I would like to think that through our personal development throughout the years that somehow this has rubbed off and we could not be more proud of a wonderful son who has given so much and has so much to give to humanity. This is the essence of what life is about in my opinion and to be the father of such a unique and wonderful person is, and will always be, the most proud achievement in my entire life.
