You know what I love about front squats and using them with my clients? It eliminates the squat-morning and forces the person to perform an upright squat, as if there is excessive forward leaning you will lose the bar in front. It also helps the hip-dominant back squatters to rely more on their quads. If you havent ever done front squats or goblet squats, try them! It will take a bit of adjusting and they may feel a bit awkward if you are used to only ever doing backsquats, but you will improve your squat and get new results from adding them in.
