You know what I used to like at Xmas? Terrys chocolate orange and a bar of fruit and nut. But can you get a dark version of either? Apparently but I cant find any. So I made a Terrys / fruit & nut hybrid myself. I could have used raw chocolate but being honest I didnt. I used a gorgeous organic 90% dark chocolate instead. Melt, add the juice and zest of 1 orange. Spread on some foil and push in your favourite dried fruit and nuts. Refrigerate. Yum!
