A company with a CEO who distributes every unnecessary dollar to either a charity, his federal government, or divides it among all of his workers equally. Workers can still be paid their basic wages, and engineers could still expect to be paid more than janitors; but they would all have more money in their pockets in the end, instead of one greedy little man sitting at the top of some tower in a different country.
