You know what... Im getting real sick of people getting on their soapbox in regards to AP whooping his kid. Firstly, if you DONT have a child...? Shut the hell up. Secondly, I wish someone else WOULD could tell ME how to discipline mine. You dont know NEARLY enough about mine to speak on such matters. And thirdly, what gets lost in the pitch fork mentality that the media (and society as a whole) has adopted is this: the CHILD ultimately determines the punishment that gets administered. If your kid shows the ability to heed your words of wisdom, even when they mess up, then its likely that you wont need to whoop the child. But...if said child is hard headed...strong willed...doesnt listen...you mean to tell me you just going to keep TALKING to them? Maybe take away their things? Man good luck with that. Plenty of people have grown up under the belt and are better off for it. Let me stop ranting...society makes me sick nowadays...
