You know what? Processed foods are always going to be a part of our diets. In fact, history shows that processing helped food become available to much more people and it did a lot of good for our society. These days, its definitely gone a little too far and almost all of us could benefit from ditching some packets of food and just eating more vegetables and fruit that were picked at a farm and then bought by you. However, there are some foods, found in a packet or can that I just cant do without and I dont think you should either.
