You know what? Yesterday, I was having one of those days where I started to feel afraid of all the things I wanted to do while alive - Would I accomplish them? Was I good enough? Do I deserve them? Am I greedy? You know... All those horrible questions that run through your head and make you feel down. OK, so I am getting pretty good at putting a check on it - in that as soon as I recognised the downward spiral, I checked myself (became aware of it), I sent a text to my coach asking for a call (Took control & got support), I journal -ed (for clarity on the real issue) and I realised I was just dealing with another emotional block and some deep fear about whether I was significant enough or not. I looked over my goals (Created the future I wanted), thought through my current options and decided on what to take action on. The reason I am telling you this is because 1. I get days like that too :-D 2. I know how tough it can be to get motivated when you feel down, especially if you have no support systems & techniques in place 3. And the main point is ... Dont be afraid of the things you want to accomplish in life. Dont be afraid to allow yourself ANYTHING in life.
