You know what breaks my heart? I see so many people who allow fear to rule them. Its really sad. Maybe you were hurt in a relationship. Maybe you are just afraid to fail. In the book of Genesis it says that it was never intended for man to be alone, so God made him a helpmeet. The fear to commit. Ok, so Ive failed at relationships before BUT there was a time in my life I had to give that to God and ask HIM to send someone in my life that HE knew would be best for me. I was thinking how blessed I was yesterday. Has it been hard????? Well I laughed and told Arbie that I think we will be ok. On the 21st of this month we will celebrate 7 years of marriage and we made it through the Great Tribulation Period!!!!! Its only going to get even better from here on out. lol He thought that was as funny as I did. You know something else? Not only did we comit to each other but I committed to his children, and he did mine also. He has been in Destinys life since she was four. I always think of what Jesus said, that in which you do unto the least of these you do unto me. By taking on Little Destiny he may have just taken on The Lord and been a father unto Him. Besides look what Joseph did. Thank God we were adopted into his family. Each one of us that accept him have been grafted in. Now, if you have a good woman or man that God has blessed your life with them dont take advantage of it or let the opportunity slip by. Stand by them, commit. He may not send you another and they may not be willing to throw years away while you allow fear to keep you separated from doing Gods will. Want to know the secret to surviving this unity? Put Jesus first and find something to laugh at.....dont dwell on the hard times and ALWAYS keep the good ones close to your heart. A iron skillet comes in handy also......you know, for making cornbread and Black Berry Cobbler and stuff. Heeeee heeeee Those men love to eat.
