You know what really chaps my ass, whenever there is a dog attack, the news never hesitates saying it was a pitbull, but god forbid, if any other breed attacks they just say a dog. I am beyond sick of the stereotypes in dogs. For example: When I was 7 years old I was attacked not once, but twice by a dalmatian, It bit my head so hard i had a tooth wedged in my head for days before i finally told my mom what happened. Do I blame the dog for attacking me? No; The owners beat it, wouldnt feed it enough, they would kick him out in the dead of winter making him fend for himself, they were horrible to that poor dog, he was robbed a good life that every dog should have. And after I was attacked again getting my rib cage cut open this time, they had to put him down. Do i hate the breed? No. No matter what type of dog you own, they all have their days. My 3 pound chihuahua is way more mean than either one of my pitbulls. My point is, no dog is born with a mean bone in its body, its how its raised.
