You know what really pissed me off?!!!!! The E.M.S. Worker who would not come to the aid of the Man who had an Heart Attack on Rhode Island Ave. I dont care what the protocol is on your Job. If and when you see someone in distress, having a life emergency, etc... and they or relatives of the VICTIMS come to you for some help, if its something you can do, DO IT. Even if it doesnt work, at least you tried your best. Anyone with a HEART, yes, a GOOD HEART, and someone who Cares, would have jumped in and did something!!!! Its no excuse for this kind of behavior at all. But what really pisses me is that the Fire Department where She worked at and it happened right there, was directly across the Street!!!!
