You know what scares the shit out of me? No some crazy poses (though some def do!) Singing. In particular public singing. First off I had an embarrassing voice in my opinion lol only suitable for shower and cars. But my incredible teacher @raghunathyogi broke open my practice with the powerful musical mantras and I slowly crept towards it. Hands down had I walked into my first yoga class and there was chanting I would have bugged... But my experience is truly a testament that things will grab a hold of you when you least expect it and well you might find yourself LOVING chanting and singing among other things. I remember sweating the first time I broke the harmonium out thinking I was batshit for even attempting. The fact that Im even posting this is crazy to me! Never let yourself be closed off to lifes experiences because you might miss the best moments and never realize the depth if your abilities.
