You know what thay say about good intentions?! Well when it comes to workout out, we all have good intentions, life just sometimes gets in the way of us working out. Stuff always seems to happen or get in the way, excuses present themselves, so often we sacrifice our workouts to balance things out. Not good, I say! What if there was a magic secret I could tell you? Well there isnt one per se, but my man Tony has some excellent advice. Listen to what he has to say and lets do this! If you dont have time to listen, here are the 5 secrets to getting it done: 1. Figure out what time of day you are going to work out and DO IT! 2. WRITE IT DOWN and put it somewhere you will always see it. 3. Find an accountability buddy or group. Buy a RED magic marker and cross off each workout. (FYI - you should have 22 workouts per month!) 4. Take breaks for sickness and injury. But for injuries remember it doesnt have to be all or nothing. For example, if you hurt your arm, often times you can still do a leg workout. Get creative, but listen to your body and dont beat yourself up if you need to take a break! 5.
