You know what touches me the most? More than the wonderful people I currently coach? Its the people whom I USED to coach and have moved on for whatever reasons: - change of my work conditions - change of focus of sporting pursuits - the most common - declining my services further (which is a nice way of saying the coach got fired) - and yes even changing to a different coach or training group, which most coaches in the industry detest a lot They do nothing wrong by that decision; what touches me the most is that they still call me Coach. For that, I am most thankful. I earn a humble living, but you guys, wherever you are, make me proud.
