You know what you dont want? You dont want a candidate for high office that has basically no experience. You dont want someone running who maybe worked in a small community organizing things and then moved on to state government but didnt even finish out their term before running for a high-ranking federal post. Thats wrong. Its a liability. At least thats what the teanderthals tell us all about the President. But then they turn around and kiss the ass of Sarah Palin. Who is exactly the same only she quit her state post, that of governor, and is now a permanent blight upon the rest of the country. The argument is that being a mayor is an ELECTED post. Great. 8,000 need to be organized. Thats what a mayor of a small town does. She had to show up at local events, wave and pay some bills. No major public improvements were implemented. This is not knowledge transferrable to being president of the US. She was elected governor, which, when you look at most of the politicians in the state is no surprise. Shes pretty. But, assuming she said the right things and meant them, how long was Sarah Palin governor of Alaska? She was in office for 20 months. Hypocrisy, thy name is the Tea Party.
