You know whats a great exercise, and one Ive been doing mainly this week? Walking. Go out for a walk today and enjoy it. Walk half an hour away, so youll take half an hour walking back, too. An hour walk a day would be beneficial for SO many people. Easy on the joints, a good calorie burner (depending), improves well-being and improves health in many other areas, too. Go out and see things :)
