You know when I see posts about how evil Halloween is I laugh. Maybe 500 years ago it was bad but now? Eeesh. Halloween is a secular holiday. Kids see it as dress up and candy. They have no clue it is Samhain. A few pagan religions celebrate it but for the most part it is party and candy. Most things arent rituals anymore. Look at Christianity. It basically is a giant self help network anymore. People get together read a million books, discuss and give money to a church. Heaven forbid they actually have to do what it says in that book they are supposed to read. Holy Spirit? Whats that? Grace and charity? We just wanna know how to shoot bow and arrows while discussing a book about a book about a book quotes a guy who said something about the bible. Worry less about a candy crazed dead holiday and more about your own dying religion.
