You know who you are. You weave in and out of your lane every 10 seconds. For anyone driving behind you, you look just like a drunk driver after 3AM when the bars are closed. Just that this time it is 7:20 AM and you are driving through a school zone. Ask the cross guards, they fear you. They see you are driving and looking at the wheel or down your legs. Why? Is it really that important to read that email, text or facebook post? If you were really that important that you need to answer to an email or text that right moment, you would be ridding in the back seat of a limo. So news flash to you... you are NOT that important and your message can certainly wait until you get to the office. I dont ask, I demand that you stop texting and driving at once. You are no less dangerous and certainly no less irresponsible than an inebriated driver. In fact, you are even more dangerous, because you do this while we are trying to get our children safe to and back from school.
